Terms of Use
These terms govern the use of the CavGens web application (hereinafter referred to as "Application"), which is operated by United Cavaliers Society in cooperation with Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Club of Bohemia, Moravia and Silesia. By using the Application, you agree to these terms.
1. Purpose of the application
The Application serves to present and analyze genetic and demographic data of the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel breed. The information is primarily educational and breeding in nature and does not replace professional veterinary advice.
2. Data access
Access to some Application functions is paid. Access credentials are non-transferable and the user is obliged to protect them from misuse.
3. Personal data protection
We process personal data in accordance with applicable legal regulations and principles of protection of personal data available in a separate document Privacy Policy.
4. Limitation of liability
The operator is not responsible for damages caused by using or inability to use the Application, nor for decisions made based on published information.
5. Changes to terms
The operator reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The current version is always available in the Application.
